Japanese Imari porcelain chocolate dish with ratan handle, decorated in green, brown and gold with a decoration of bamboo and flying birds.
Marked with the Japanese characters for 'Nippon' (Japan) and a drawing of Mount Fuji with a river. This marking was used by the Fukugawa family (Arita) on porcelain that was produced during the Occupied Japan period (1945 - 1952).
Measurements: 16,5 cm x 13,7, 4,3 cm high.
Condition: excellent.
