Antique Dutch Petrus Regout chinoiserie plate Sana
SKU: SD334Antique chinoiserie plate decorated with a black transferware print with oriental representation and peach colored luster glaze. Made around 1895 in Maastricht by Petrus Regout.
Marked on the back with the Regout mark used from 1880 to 1890, Sana, a blind mark 8 1/2, and hand marked by the decorator in red with 196.
Dimensions: diameter 23.5 cm.
Condition: undamaged. Wear on the transferware print on the plate mirror. Wear of the peach colored luster glaze.
