Antique Oscar Schlegelmilch porcelain trinket box with Boucher decoration
SKU: CUR81Romantic antique porcelain trinket box made around 1900 by porcelain factory Oscar Schlegelmilch in Thüringen, Germany. The oval lidded box is decorated with flowers in fresh colors and a medallion with a print by the French painter François Boucher (1703 - 1770). Around the medallion a piping of gold and a dot decoration in imposed gold.
Marked with an embossed model number 0351, gold remnants of the Schegelmilch brand that was used from 1892.
Dimensions: 15.5 cm x 9 cm and 6.5 cm high (without lid).
Condition: excellent.
