Japanese Meiji porcelain demitasse cup with saucer
SKU: CW133Stunning antique Japanese demitasse cup with saucer, polychrome decorated in underglaze with a floral decor and gilded with a rocaille pattern. The inside of the cup is decorated in the same way. To be dated around 1890 - 1910.
Marked on the underside of cup and saucer with an ox-blood golden rimmed oval with golden characters, the pottery is unknown to me.
Dimensions: diameter of saucer 12 cm, diameter of cup 8 cm, height 3.8 cm.
In excellent, undamaged condition.
