Ilmenau Thuringia Strawflower porcelain lidded sugar bowl 18th century
SKU: SD49618th century lidded sugar bowl, decorated with strawflower pattern on a ribbed surface.
Marked on the base in underglaze with a hand-drawn cloverleaf in blue. This mark was used between 1788 and 1800 by both Limbach and Ilmenau. The cloverleaf mark may have a curly stem to the left or right.
Dimensions: diameter 10.6 cm, height measured without lid 6.5 cm, diameter lid 11.1 cm.
In beautiful undamaged condition.
