Chinese Rose Mandarin porcelain plate. The central medallion features a group of scholars with teachers. The band is decorated with symbols for wisdom (including paper rolls) and prosperity (including frog). Made in Canton in the 1950s.
Marked on the back with a mark used in 1952.

In beautiful, completely undamaged condition. No wear to the decoration.
