Chinese green glazed Shiwan ginger jar with Chinese characters
SKU: CW246Vintage Chinese pottery Shiwan ware ginger jar, made in the 20th century in Shiwanzhen, Foshan. The pot has a hexagonal shape and is decorated in relief on the sides with various types of flowering plants and, quite rarely, with Chinese characters. The glaze has a deep green color with some shades of blue on the edges and the top. The bottom edge is unglazed.

Dimensions: diameter base ring 10 cm, height 13 cm.
Condition: excellent. The pots are handmade, small production-related imperfections such as baked-in sand grains and shrinkage cracks are normal. The photos are part of the description.
