Rare Chinese porcelain tureen, polychrome hand decorated with water buffalo and lotus flowers. The lid is decorated with an imposed, fairly large, water buffalo.
Marked on the base with a red Chinese character mark in a square. This type of mark was used in the 1980s.
Dimensions: the tureen 24 cm x 18 cm and 10 cm high (excluding lid).
Condition: excellent.
