Marked on the handle with JNB and on the blade with Orfevrerie Boulenger inoxidable.
Dimensions: the blades differ slightly in length, 20.3 cm and 19.5 cm.
Condition: signs of use consistent with age. 1 knife has an oxidation spot on the blade.
