St Amand faience oyster plate
SKU: SD661Faience oyster plate with trompe l'oeil hand painted oysters. The natural shades of gray and brown on a white background make it easy to combine with any style. Made in the 1970s by Faiencerie de Saint Amand, France.
Marked on the back.
Dimensions: diameter 24.2 cm.
In excellent vintage condition.
NB. When firing majolica and faience, fireproof triangular uprights are used. The marks are often visible on the underside of the object. This is not damage.
