Edme Samson Paris antique enamel decanter label Sherry
SKU: WA28Antique enamel decanter label, late 19th century (around 1890) made by Samson of Paris. The label is a so-called blank, painted only with the letters SHERRY, and was later hand decorated by another decorator with floral motifs. Samson made several blanks at the time. Popular collector's item. The label has a metal chain that is attached to the label with two eyelets.
Marked: on the back in handwriting Made in France.
Dimensions: 4.5 cm wide and 3.5 cm high.
Condition: in good condition with some light wear on the back of the label.
