James Deakin and Sons silver plated fish servers 19th century
SKU: BA48Victorian silver plated fish servers set made by James Deakin & Sons (1871 - 1890). Marked on the engraved side of the blade of the knife with J.D. & S and a lamp. In the original case, which is lined with silk and velvet.
The set consists of a knife and a fork. The hollow handles are richly decorated. Knife and fork are engraved on one side with flowers and fern leaves.
Dimensions: the knife is 32 cm long, the fork is 23.5 cm long. The case 35.5 cm x 11.5 cm.
In excellent condition, virtually no signs of use. The case has some wear spots on the outside.
