SKU: SD855Oval faience asparagus serving bowl with trompe l'oeuil effect made in Bassano, Italy. Hand decorated with bunches of green asparagus on the edge. A recess for boiled egg or sauce on both ends.
Marked on the base: Made Italy, Bassano, Decorato a mano and with an imprinted Made in Italy mark.
Dimensions: 30 cm x 19.8 cm.
In beautiful used condition with some non-distracting flakes on the heads of the asparagus (see photos). Some light crackle, normal for used faience earthenware.
