SKU: TA1013Biedermeier brass crumb sweeper set consisting of a curved wooden table brush, mounted in a brass holder and a matching tin, also made of brass. Repoussé decorated in Biedermeier style with flowers and a butterfly.
Germany, first half of the 19th century, Biedermeier period.
Dimensions: the tin 20 cm x 17.5 cm, the brush 29 cm.
In beautiful used condition, the bristles of the wooden brush are in excellent condition, only 1 tuft is missing (see photo). The tin has some tiny oxidation spots, barely visible.
