Denby Pottery Arabesque lidded hot pot
SKU: SD1037Denby Pottery Arabesque lidded bowl with handles. This design by Gill Pemberton was inspired by a trip to Russia. Hand decorated with ocher yellow, brown and red circles against a dark brown background. Initially marketed under the name Samarkand, but later changed to Arabesque because Portmeiron Pottery released a tableware set under the same name. The series was in production from 1964 to 1984.
The bowl has a lid with a ventilation hole and the size is ideal for serving a hot sauce or tapas.
Dimensions: diameter 11.5 cm, height measured without lid 8.7 cm, including lid 10.5 cm.
