Sarreguemines Minton pattern 216 coffee cup with saucer
SKU: SD872Coffee cup with saucer, made around 1875 by Sarreguemines France. Decorated on the inside and outside with Minton pattern 216, of which Sarreguemines bought the rights in 1862. Pattern 216 is a floral transfer print that is hand-coloured. The background of this beautiful pattern is pink. Collector's item.
Marked with the green mark with the crowned coat of arms of Lorraine, which was used between 1860 and 1922. Also hand-marked in red with the decor number 216.
Dimensions: diameter saucer 12.8 cm, diameter cup 6.7 cm, height cup 6.5 cm.
Condition: the cup is in excellent condition, the saucer has a hairline. The photos are part of the description.
