Franz Dorfl Vienna demitasse cups 19th century
SKU: SD1087Five porcelain demitasse cups in Viennese style. White-yellow colour scheme, decorated with a gilt pattern. Heavily gilded ear. Marked on the underside of both parts with the Bindenschild mark (Beehive mark) in blue overglaze. Marked in yellow by the decorator on the underside of the cups.
Manufacturer Franz Dorfl, Vienna, between 1884 and 1902.
Dimensions: diameter saucer 10.8 cm, diameter cup 5.5 cm, height cup 8.3 cm (including ear).
Condition: 1 saucer has a hairline. Another saucer has a water stain in underglaze (not noticeable, only mentioned for completeness).
