Returning goods

Procedure:

In case you want to return an article, please send us an e-mail with your name, the order number, a description of the article and the reason for return. With the order confirmation you will receive a link to our return form. Please fill out this form and enclose it with the return shipment.


Conditions
1. Returns have to be reported to us within 14 days after receipt of the order. The date of the second delivery attempt of our shipping company or the date of delivery is also treated as date of receipt.  
2. Your return shipment has to be delivered to us no later than 14 days after making your notification (please be aware that shipping can take several days, depending on the country you ship from). Sale items can not be returned.

Please note that:
1. The returned items are packed in their original package.
2. Returns will not be accepted if they are damaged and / or repaired.

3. Sale items, or items with a reduced price can not be returned.

The costs of the return shipping are for the clients account. The customs clearance charges for return shipments from outside the European Union are for the clients account.

Processing and refunding
Your return will be confirmed by email when you submit your return on the website and on receipt in our warehouse. No later than 3 business days after receipt of your return, we will refund the amount paid, including shipping costs, to your credit card or bank account, depending on your original payment method. In case you have ordered multiple items, the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the returned item.
